Managed Portfolio Solutions

Our approach to managing your wealth, customized to fit your needs.

Core Equity

Clearview’s Core Equity portfolio is a diversified blend of high-quality large-cap value and growth stocks. The value/growth mix is dependent upon relative values and analysis of where we are in the market cycle. Both macro analysis (top-down) and stock specific (bottom-up) analysis is used to construct portfolios with a longer-term focus (multi-year holding periods).

Dividend Growth

Our Dividend Growth portfolio strategy is constructed of high quality, blue-chip stocks selected because of their above average dividend yields combined with a history of dividend growth over many years. Our proprietary model selects stocks with both solid dividends and expectations of sustainable dividend growth.

Focus 20+ Growth

Our Focus 20+ Growth portfolio is made up of high quality, large-cap value, and growth stocks. This portfolio is a subset of Core Equity but is more concentrated, and therefore can be expected to have more volatility. Once again, this portfolio is designed for long-term investors.

Core Fixed Income

Our internally managed fixed-income portfolio strategy includes high quality, short and intermediate term bonds. The minimum credit rating for each bond selected is “A” by the major credit rating agencies, with a maximum maturity of 15 years. The portfolio’s seeks to provide stability of principal combined with a market-competitive income stream as an offset to the equity portion of the portfolio.

Core Balanced

Our Core Balanced approach includes one or more of the equity strategies in combination with a customized Core Fixed Income portfolio.

Note: At all times we remain sensitive to each client’s tax costs associated with sale of securities. We attempt to tax loss-harvest when and where advantageous while avoiding gain realization (especially short-term gains).
